Because of contracture, I'm planning to do a full removal, so I went for a consultation at GYS. They said after removing everything, the silicone nasal tip and ear cartilage should be removed, and the lifted part needs to be lowered with ear cartilage. In a case like this, could there be side effects? The hospital says ear cartilage is my own tissue, so there are no side effects, but when I look up reviews, it seems like there are, so I'm conflicted.
