This is a nose that had 5 mm silicone, septal extension, hump osteotomy, bulbous nose correction, and nasal ala reductionㅜㅜ I really had a lot of different things done.. Recently, my nasal bridge has become slightly red and throbbing, and the septal cartilage is protruding, making it hard to breathe, so I’m considering removal. If I remove the 5 mm silicone and leave the nasal tip as is, will it become too much like a semi-upturned line? Or when removing it, is partial removal to match the septum and nasal bridge considered cartilage repositioning?? I want to remove itㅜㅜ but I’m so worried there will be too much of a step-offㅜㅜ If I need to straighten the septum anyway, will cartilage repositioning be necessary? And since they shaved down the hump, will the nasal bridge become even lower?......
