I want to remove the silicone, but my original nose tip was so flat, so I want to have nose tip surgery again. In my first surgery, they only raised the height with silicone and added a little ear cartilage to the nose tip. Anyway, the cartilage repositioning everyone here talks about means just repositioning the alar cartilage, right? Without using other ear cartilage or any additional cartilage. But how does that get fixed in place? What do they use to fix it? My nose is on the upturned side, so when I went for a consultation, they said they would move the alar cartilage downward and place it there, and harvest a bit more ear cartilage…
