My natural nose was exactly like Chizuru Ikewaki in the movie Josee, the Tiger and the Fish: low, droopy, and a bit wide, with a deviated nose and a slight hump added in. For my first surgery, I had silicone, ear cartilage, and septal extension, and this time everything was removed and only cartilage repositioning was done. During the consultation, they said the septum might be changed into a support strut depending on the situation, but today I was out of it and couldn't ask what they did, so when I go to the clinic on Monday, I'm going to ask again.
