First of all, I had functional rhinoplasty together with rhinitis surgery 2 years ago. I used 3 mm silicone and septal cartilage at the nasal tip. Everyone says the shape is pretty, but the nasal tip is pointy, so it stresses me outㅠㅠ People seem to know I had surgery just by looking at the nasal tipㅠㅠㅠ Since it’s septal cartilage, it’s also too hard, and I miss my old soft nose, so I’m thinking of doing it at the hospital where I had my first surgery. What do you think about doing it at the primary surgery hospital? I’ve really, really heard so many times that my nose is pretty. I’m changing it because it doesn’t match my ideal look, and I think it’s not bad even now, so …
