I originally leaned more toward using my own rib cartilage, but after consultations at Saegim and High-End, my thoughts changed a bit.. Even though they talked about minimal incision, I think I’ve developed some resistance to the idea of being cut open. Has anyone here, like me, been thinking about autologous rib cartilage but ended up getting revision rhinoplasty with donated rib cartilage? I was told that if the cell processing is done well, the surgery can be done so it lasts a long time, but am I being too greedy..
