Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

It got better after inflammation, but should I do revision surgery, removal, or leave it as is?

It’s been 2 years since my nose surgery, and during that time, I had what I think were inflammatory reactions twice between the left nasal tip and the area under the nasal dorsum, though I don’t think it was because of the silicone. One time, it throbbed and felt hot for 2 weeks. The second time, I had throbbing pain, heat sensation, and migraines for almost 2 and a half months. But it didn’t hurt every day; when I got stressed and sensitive, it would come back. There was no redness or swelling. That’s the state I was in, and now I’m totally fine again. Revision surgery, removal... I can’t give up the nasal tip, so if I remove it, I want to at least leave the ear cartilage in. Or leave it as is ㅜㅜ In a case like this, what should I do? Donated rib cartilage, ear cartilage…
