As the title says, this was my first nose surgery, and I had it done with autologous costal cartilage haha -I wanted to change my blunt-looking nose -I wanted to correct my bulbous nose and hump nose -I wanted a natural straight-to-slightly-curved line I went to a lot of consultations based on these criteria, and every hospital really said slightly different things. He explained all the differences between autologous costal cartilage and other materials, and even talked about the possibility of the nasal tip dropping and the support strut bending.
