As the title says, this was my first nose surgery, and I had it done with autologous costal cartilage haha -I wanted to change my blunt-looking nose -I wanted to correct my bulbous nose and hump nose -I wanted a natural straight-to-slightly-curved line I went to a lot of consultations based on these criteria, and every hospital really said slightly different things. In the end, I had surgery with Director Choo Sung-cheol at D-Day. He explained all the differences between autologous costal cartilage and other materials, and even talked about the possibility of the nasal tip dropping and the support strut bending.
