Other people seem to have only a slight hump even when they say they have a hump nose, but mine was quite severe even at a glance. It was so severe that I was worried whether surgery could smooth it out nicely, but while going to consultations this time, I was told that my nose was also possible, and among them, I proceeded with surgery at the place that seemed best able to meet my needs. They showed me before-and-after surgery photos, and they really seem good at hump nose surgery. I had both the nasal bridge and nasal tip done together, using donated costal cartilage.
