I decided to have revision surgery because the nose I had done before started to look less satisfactory over time. When I had a consultation with Director Kim Jae-yoon at Lowell Plastic Surgery, he examined the condition of my nose in detail and explained the realistically possible shape well, so I trusted him and went ahead. Maybe because it is a private clinic, I definitely felt that they were looking at everything carefully. I used a 3D implant, Sofit autologous costal cartilage, and with quadruple fixation, I liked that I probably would not have to worry about the nose shape changing after the initial surgery. Right after surgery, there was swelling and bruising, but recovery was faster than I expected...
