If contracture is clearly confirmed by palpation and ultrasound, I think that would be certain. But if there is nasal tip deformity and each doctor gives a different diagnosis, like early contracture, contracture or suspected contracture, or not contracture, should removal or revision surgery only be done when more than a majority say it really is contracture? I think the most ambiguous situation is when the clinic says contracture is suspected, but removal is not mandatory, it is not urgent, so it is your choice. Still, if surgery is necessary, they would at least tell me that it is necessary, right? The more I look into it, the more it seems like the nose should not be opened carelessly, but compared with the early stage, well…
