I used donated costal cartilage and silicone at ㅁㅋ in June 2023. Since I originally had a bulbous nose and a low nose, honestly I’m satisfied with my current nose shape. My skin is also on the thicker side. But the biggest thing is just that I feel uncomfortable, and I don’t like the shape of my nostrils either. Please recommend a hospital. But is ㅍㄹㅁ the one with ㅡ ㅣ ㅏ? I keep seeing ㅅㅅㅇ and ㅍㄹㅁ mentioned a lot in posts, so I’m also considering a university hospital.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
