Is anyone planning this? I’m not confident about living with my bare nose I’m scheduled for removal because of nasal tip drooping and the silicone showing through. When I said I have two sons, all three top doctors recommended removal I really hate my original nose after removal, but since this would be my third surgery, there’s no guarantee another surgery will turn out well
