I strongly recommend that you keep a support strut in place and remove it after 6 months. If you really can’t give up on aesthetics, just get a revision surgery. I had everything removed after only 2 weeks, and now my nose looks like Pigsy’s nose, pinched, upturned, with scar tissue making it blunt, and it is completely crushed. I’m living only because I can’t die. Living is hell and it’s agonizing. When will this end? Please save me. Even when I try to have hope that my nose will come down with time, I woke up from anesthesia in the middle of surgery, the removal was done in 20 minutes, and even when I looked in the mirror right away, it was just Pigsy’s nose. I feel like there’s no hope. It’s even more painful because I had only ever heard people say I was pretty, and I can’t meet anyone…
