I have a consultation at Sㅇ on Tuesday, and at Siwoo they say that for any step-off that occurs after removing the silicone and the entire nasal tip implant/all materials, I should get filler later. I think I’ve seen about two reviews so far that mentioned filler, so is it impossible to know whether there will be a step-off right before surgery?ㅠㅠ If I’m going to get filler anyway, I feel like it might be better to just shave down ear cartilage and place it over the area instead.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
