I have a consultation at Sㅇ on Tuesday, and at Siwoo they say that for any step-off that occurs after removing the silicone and the entire nasal tip implant/all materials, I should get filler later. I think I’ve seen about two reviews so far that mentioned filler, so is it impossible to know whether there will be a step-off right before surgery? If I’m going to get filler anyway, I feel like it might be better to just shave down ear cartilage and place it over the area instead.
