I have contracture, so my nose is a bit painful and uncomfortable. I’ve had surgery 4 times, so now I’m really thinking of making this the last one and using only autologous tissue, not artificial implants. I had a consultation with Director ㅅㅁㄱ at JW, and he said he would use autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, and for the nasal bridge, use something called Glued Diced, where costal cartilage particles are molded to fit my individual nose shape. Has anyone here tried Glued Diced? There aren’t many surgical cases, so I’m really torn ㅜㅜ If anyone knows about Glued Diced, please don’t just pass by and share some information

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
