Is it right to keep wearing the compression band? Some videos say you have to keep wearing the compression band so it doesn’t sag, while others say if you keep wearing it, the swelling won’t go down quickly. I’m on day 5 now, and I’ve barely taken the compression band off, so the swelling is really severe It’s not going down. What should I do?
