I was surprised at how kind they were compared to what I had expected. There were so many comments in the reviews saying they were not friendly, so I was worried, but it wasn't as bad as I had feared. It has been a while since the consultation, but I went for a revision consultation, and they explained things in detail, which was nice. The only downside was that the timing didn't work out
