There was still filler left from another hospital, and they explained this situation and in detail what would happen if it was dissolved or if it wasn't dissolved, which was very helpful. They reflected all the parts I wanted while keeping the shape from becoming too much, but because the existing filler wasn't dissolved, it wasn't a dramatic shape or level of satisfaction. Next time, I want to dissolve all the filler that's already there and visit again.
