I'm writing down the difficult things I experienced. It's just my experience as someone who did it first. First, the issue of swelling. This seems to be what people worry about the most. Doctors say it all goes down in about 10 days, but absolutely not. (Of course, you can think of about 50% going down in around 10 days.) For it to go down completely, it takes at least 3 months no matter what. First, cheekbone swelling goes down later than jaw swelling. So just because it's been about 10 days, please don't get too anxious. I was really worried at first too. But it did all go down. Do massage as much as possible. I don't mean kneading with your hands like when you massage shoulders. You need to do warm packs and cold packs. Do cold packs for about 10 days or longer, and warm packs for the rest. They say cold packs help prevent the wound from getting worse. So at least during the time the wound is healing, you need to use cold packs. You have to keep it cold so the flesh doesn't rot ㅡㅡ And when you feel the wound has healed to some extent, it's good to use warm packs for blood circulation. That's how the swelling goes down. At first, you let the wound close, and later you reduce the swelling. If the wound doesn't heal, you may need revision surgery or have very frightening results. It's tearing raw flesh. It really is, literally, shaving bone and cutting flesh. If raw flesh is cut, wouldn't it hurt? And walk a lot. It's perfect for blood circulation. The best for reducing swelling. You shouldn't overdo it, but in my case, around 10 days after surgery, I even went shopping and things like that. Mouth rinsing. The surgery is done by making wounds inside the mouth, right? When we scrape our knees, we apply medicine, so germs don't get in. You know the inside of the mouth is even more prone to bacteria, right? At first, you can't brush your teeth, so you need to rinse your mouth frequently, very frequently. It's important to keep it very clean. People who smoke, quit. Otherwise your recovery really gets slower. I also didn't smoke for about 3 months. Don't sleep on your side. Especially those who had cheekbone surgery. The cheekbones have been fixed in place, and if you put pressure on them before they heal, of course the shape will become strange. If possible, sleep on a very soft pillow. That should make it less severe. Spicy things, salty things, strong things, alcohol are absolutely forbidden. Just cleanliness, massage, frequent exercise. With these, there should be absolutely no problem reducing swelling or recovering. If problems arise beyond this, that's something you need to consult your doctor about. It seems like many people say their recovery is slow without even doing these things. There are times we get hurt while living, right? Sometimes we get seriously injured, and sometimes we just get a little scraped. When bone is shaved and flesh is cut, of course it swells, bleeds, and hurts. It's very natural. Absolutely natural. If you want to become prettier, you have to make an effort. Before surgery, I really disliked Ock Joo-hyun. But after surgery, I felt Ock Joo-hyun was amazing. I want to say that beauty is not something you are born with, but something you make. Make an effort. And become an ultra-maximum mega-tic enamel situation beauty, and get revenge on the jerks who ignored you for being ugly. A person's face isn't everything. But it is also an important condition.
