Review on day 50 after minimal-incision jaw and cheekbone surgery

Today is exactly day 50.. I posted a review below on day 40 saying I was suffering because the swelling wouldn’t go down^^;; I think it was the next day that I met friends, and they said I looked funny because of the swelling~ that I looked like a different person. ㅠㅠ But after that, for about a week, a lot of the swelling went down... I think that was the turning point;; There is still a lot of residual swelling left.. especially the difference between day and night is big.. It repeats, swelling a lot in the morning and going down again in the evening... Still, when I look over several days, it definitely seems like there is progress^^ Now my boyfriend is happy too, saying my face is coming back.. without knowing anything lol He had been worried, asking if it was inflamed because the wisdom tooth swelling was lasting too long.. lol Right now, maybe because of the swelling around the jaw, I can’t really tell the square-jaw effect, but I strongly feel that my cheekbones have narrowed a lot.. My previous face shape had some side cheekbone prominence, and from the front, since I had been continuously getting Botox, the square-jaw area looked slim from the front.. Though from a 45-degree side angle, I did have some square jaw too.. So now that I’ve done both, on a face where the cheekbones used to stand out, the cheekbones have gone in smoothly and the square-jaw area is plump and swollen, so there is a pretty big difference between before and after.. It’s like the top and bottom of my face have flipped;; before and after~ So people I saw after a long time were surprised for now... They said my face shape changed.... I say it’s because I’m swollen, but some friends don’t believe it.. saying if it’s swollen, why did the cheekbones get narrower;; Anyway, the side cheekbones definitely went in, so the width of my face narrowed, and from a 45-degree angle the distance between the square jaw and cheekbone shortened, so I do think my face looks smaller...^^ Looking below, people say they didn’t see much cheekbone effect, but for me the cheekbone effect is definite... Especially from the front... Since the protruding part became smooth, my impression definitely became softer.. Reactions differ depending on the person... I hear a lot that I look younger and cuter, and I also hear that it still looks awkward because of the swelling... Since I naturally have a lot of facial fat, the swelling seems to stand out more..ㅠㅠ I also worry, thinking, could my skin have sagged because the cheekbones went in?...ㅠㅠ If my cheeks are still puffy after 6 months, I’m going to consider liposuction too... It would be nice if the swelling went down enough to satisfy me... but as of now, the square jaw is puffier from the front than before surgery~!! They say the line roughly comes out after 3 months, so I’m going to try to be patient... Because of this, I still can’t wear my hair down.. Somehow when I let my hair down, I look more swollen~ Is it like that for others too? So these days I always tie it tightly~!ㅠㅠ Oh~ The square jaw is symmetrical, but the right cheekbone also seems to have gone in more... When I touch the left cheekbone area, it feels hard, so I think it might be swelling asymmetry, but it’s not severe, so I’m watching it... Anyway, these days I’m satisfied when I look at it at night.. lol If the square-jaw swelling completely goes down and the remaining swelling in the left cheekbone goes down so it becomes symmetrical with the right side, I think I’ll be able to post saying, I succeeded~^^ I’ll post another review on the day it reaches two months~! Oh.. I saw some effect from swelling massage^^ Likes 0
