It's been 4 days since my fat grafting. I had it done on the 16th. When I actually went to the hospital to get fat grafting, I was really, really scared. I had read posts here and there, so I thought it would be easy, but once I actually did it, it was not an easy surgery. Especially, I didn't have much body fat. They took fat from my abdomen. If you don't have fat on your abdomen, you really need to be prepared. It hurts so muchㅠ.ㅠ I was lying on the operating table, unable to even open my eyes, and from what I felt, when they administered anesthesia it hurt so much I thought I was going to die. It feels like they're poking something here and there into your abdomen. I really thought many times about not doing it. But the anesthesia was already starting to take effect, so anyway, the sensation was very, very unpleasant and painful. On top of that, maybe because I exercise, the doctor had a very hard time. He also said it seemed like not much fat would come out After removing the fat, they anesthetize the face a little later, and that also really hurts. They anesthetize the cheekbone area once and also anesthetize inside the mouth. Then they put the fat into a really large syringe and inject the fat through the inside of the mouth, and even though I was anesthetized, maybe because the needle was so big, it really hurt. They said fat has to be injected through the inside of the mouth so no scar is left Like this, the surgery ends in 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes. Right after surgery, I was dizzy and didn't really think it hurt much. When the anesthesia wears off, it's intense. The anesthesia in the abdomen wears off a bit gradually. The face wears off faster than the abdomen, and the face feels really hot, like having a cold, burning hot. As the anesthesia in the abdomen wears off, the abdomen swells up tightly and starts hurting. Because of my abdomen, I couldn't walk well, couldn't put strength into it, and after coughing once, my abdomen tightened and I thought I was going to die. But if I lie down, the abdomen hurts less. Standing or sitting really hurts. Because I didn't have fat, they had to poke me as many as 5 times. On day 2, the face swells really like a pufferfish. It swells so much that you even start wondering, what if it doesn't go down? It's not easy to open your mouth either. On the first day I only ate porridge, and anyway it got serious Day 3 was also swollen Day 4 went down very slightly. Today is day 5, and as bluish bruises appeared on my face, it went down a lot, so now I'm worried it might all disappear from my face. After putting in fat, the cheekbones definitely look sunken in less. I hope it stays like this. Will it go down more? Anyway, everyone here, become prettier.
