Summary of what I felt after two consultations. There is a tendency to speak with confidence and certainty, so some patients end up feeling uneasy. That was me at the first consultation. I was half convinced and half skeptical about the confident explanation, so at the second consultation I decided I needed to ask about the surgical method, prepared in advance, and even made a list of questions. At first I felt like they were looking at me as if I were a spy, which was a bit awkward, but I kept asking anyway. Later they let go of their suspicion (?) and explained things in detail. My conclusion after the consultation was that the director is clearly a top-tier specialist in contour surgery and a person with strong responsibility and pride. Of course, the overconfidence (?) feeling is a bit much, honestly, but I think they would do a good job. They believe you cannot overlook how bone, muscle, and skin layers interact closely with one another. If you only think about the result and neglect even one part, there can be major functional or aesthetic problems. They prioritize overall harmony. I felt the bone and muscle design details were excellent. They were not just bragging when they said I would not have cheek sagging. I like the aesthetic sense. Everyone has slightly different standards of beauty, and some people like following trends, so the director's design may be polarizing. They value balance among the upper, middle, and lower thirds at 1:1:1. It seems obvious, but many places shave too much. The director seems to dislike flashy, obviously surgical-looking results. They seem to value balance, harmony, naturalness, and stability. At the same time, they try to analyze the features of the modern female ideal and design accordingly. The director's idea of a beautiful face seems to be, in one phrase, 'the vitality of youth.' The surgical area where that shows most clearly is the cheekbone.. They use the expression 'lifted cheekbones' very often. The surgery cost is a bit high, so I plan to get consulted at a few more places before deciding.. but I have a feeling I will end up doing it here.
