I was hesitant about things like putting in silicone, so I only had nostril reduction. At the time, I was fairly satisfied, but if you’re going to do it, I think it’s better to do it properly and use silicone too. It turned out natural, but the surgery itself has limitations. The doctor who was there at the time doesn’t seem to be there anymore.
