-First day
My surgery was at 11, but after finishing the design consultation and waiting, I went into the operating room at 1. As soon as I got there, they tied my hands and feet tightly and taped down my head with something like tape (it hurt like hell), then put scissors inside my nose and trimmed my nose hair, and it was so scary and I was completely out of it.. I got through it thanks to the sedative. I fell asleep without even realizing when, while listening to the director and nurse badmouth the consultant. When it was over, it was 3:30, and my throat was seriously so dry I thought I was going to die, so yesterday I lived with throat candies + a water spray.. Since my nose was wrapped with a splint and gauze, I had to eat by feel when eating. Food went down fine though. At first I ate thin rice porridge, then for a late-night snack I even ate a hot dog and a little Buldak lololol
- Second day
Not being able to breathe through my nose is seriously pure pain itself.. My throat is scratchy and my mouth is so dry I’m going crazy. I went to the hospital to have the cotton removed, and it hurt so much I teared up a little. Something of a size that should not have fit inside my nose had been put in thereㅠㅠ Right now, more than my nose, the ear where they took ear cartilage hurts more. It keeps throbbing. The swelling is also a bit worse than yesterday.. I’m in patient mode. Still, the line visible through the splint looks pretty, so I’m satisfied
