I went around for consultations looking for a natural-but-defined straight nose bridge style. I’ve been to 5 places so far, but I’m torn between 3, so please help me choose from these!
A - They said my columella is retracted and it would be good to bring it down - Materials: silicone, septal cartilage for support, and donated costal cartilage if needed - CCTV recording and viewing are possible if requested in advance - I paid a 100,000 won deposit before leaving (only 90% refundable) - The consultant had personally had nose surgery with the doctor she consulted with, and many people around her had too, so it was clear she trusted the director
B - Similarly, they said my columella is retracted and it would be good to bring it out - Materials: silicone, septal cartilage, donated costal cartilage, ear cartilage - CCTV is possible if requested in advance - The only place with no event promotion or photo reviews
C - They didn’t mention the columella, so when I asked, they said it would be corrected naturally after nose surgery as the support graft is raised - Materials: silicone, septal cartilage, ear cartilage (donated costal cartilage if needed) - They said if I want the nasal tip high, donated costal cartilage can be used, but because there is a limit to how much my own skin can stretch, doing too much could cause skin damage - During the consultation, they directly showed me the silicone implant and placed it against my nose to demonstrate - The consultant looked at my face seriously and said making it too high probably wouldn’t be good
