Hello, it has been almost 3 months since my revision rhinoplasty, and my nose looks strange, so I’m posting to ask for opinions. I had my first rhinoplasty 10 years ago, and then had revision surgery in mid-July. In the previous surgery, I had septal cartilage and silicone, and in this surgery, they said they built up the columella with donated costal cartilage, used silicone for the nasal bridge, and shaped the nasal tip with the remaining septal cartilage. I also had osteotomy, nostril reduction, and bulbous nose correction. But as you can see in the photo, normally it looks like that, and sometimes the nasal tip feels tight, especially the columella area feels tight, and as you can see in the photo, the middle looks like it is protruding…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
