I had removal surgery at the hospital where I originally had it done, and the director asked, “Can’t we leave the nasal tip in place?” so I said, “Please just take everything out ㅠ,” and proceeded with the surgery. As far as I know, the nasal tip support graft was made with ear cartilage and septal cartilage. After the surgery, my nasal tip became much lower, but even though it’s been one year, they had said they would extend the nasal tip and support it with a graft, and it still feels long, and my nose pulls when I smile. Could it be because of scar tissue? I can make a pig nose and lower the nasal tip, but when I press on it firmly from the front, it doesn’t go in well ㅠ Why could this be happening?
