I’m in a situation where I need to remove the silicone, but I want to preserve at least the nasal tip height, so I’m consulting about removing only the silicone. But all the doctors are discouraging me, saying it will look unnatural and become bumpy. Has anyone removed it while leaving the nasal tip cartilage in place?
