Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Nasal septal perforation, nasal contracture, please helpㅜㅜ

I was looking into revision rhinoplasty because of nasal contracture, and they say the perforation in my nose is almost close to 2 cm. Since I'm in the provinces, I went to a plastic surgery clinic famous around here, and they said I need perforation surgery before the contracture surgery. The perforation doesn't cause major discomfort. I also heard an ENT director's opinion that perforation surgery is risky, so if there is no major discomfort, it is better not to touch it, because touching it could lead to worse results. Since I have contracture, I would need surgery to remove the silicone from the nasal bridge and the ear cartilage and septal cartilage in the nasal tip area, but I wonder if even that removal surgery is risky because of the perforation. Has anyone had an extreme nose surgery case like mine…
