Hello. I had nose surgery 9 years ago with silicone and ear cartilage. As soon as the splint was removed after surgery, I thought, ah, this isn’t right. Originally, my nostrils were barely visible, but after surgery, both nostrils were visible. For about the first 3 months, I thought it must be swelling and that it would gradually come down once all the swelling went down, but that wasn’t the case. After that, I didn’t want to care about my nose anymore and hated the idea of having surgery again, so I kept ignoring it. But recently, the nasal tip has been red, though there’s no pain.
