Hello, I am someone who is truly desperate and has been going around ㅇㅇㅇ, ㄱㅇㅅ, and even this community looking for information. I am looking into total nose removal. I had nose surgery 4 years ago. It was my first surgery, and costal cartilage was used. Back then I really knew nothing, so I just did whatever they told me to do, and I do not know why I did that. Surgical method: silicone on the nasal bridge, ear cartilage and costal cartilage for the nasal tip, hump osteotomy, and I think the cartilage was tied. Side effect after surgery 1: I disliked it immediately after having it done. The outside shape of my nose was asymmetrical, so it looked crooked, and in reality it was crooked…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
