Hello, I am someone who is truly desperate and has been going around ㅇㅇㅇ, ㄱㅇㅅ, and even this community looking for information. I am looking into total nose removal. I had nose surgery 4 years ago. It was my first surgery, and costal cartilage was used. Back then I really knew nothing, so I just did whatever they told me to do, and I do not know why I did that. Surgical method: silicone on the nasal bridge, ear cartilage and costal cartilage for the nasal tip, hump osteotomy, and I think the cartilage was tied.
