I had silicone in the nasal bridge, ear cartilage in the nasal tip, and alar base reduction—I don’t know exactly how it was done—9 years ago. It wasn’t extremely pretty, but I was satisfied and lived well. However, from 6 months ago, I started to feel the silicone showing through and the nasal tip drooping, and these days I’m really starting to feel it strongly. So recently I went to one consultation for removal surgery, and they said I might be disappointed if I remove it, so they recommended a redesign surgery. They didn’t force it. I still plan to go to more hospital consultations, but after reading many reviews in this community, I’ve made up my mind to do total removalㅠㅠ But usually after removal, the changes in the nose become more dramatic as time passes…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
