My natural nose had a relatively high nasal bridge, but it was a large bulbous nose. The 25 mm silicone implant I had inserted looks unnatural, so I’m planning to remove it. I don’t want to go back to my natural nose, and since it was a bulbous nose, I’d like the nasal tip to stay more defined than before. If only the nasal bridge is removed, would the shape be better than my natural nose? I’ve seen many people who had everything removed say the shape is worse than their natural nose, but for those who left the nasal tip and removed only the nasal bridge, are you satisfied with the shape?
