For my first surgery, without knowing anything, I had nasal bridge osteotomy, silicone, septal extension grafting, and septal cartilage grafting. Thanks to this community, I also learned what extension grafting is. I’m having such a hard time because my thoughts aren’t organized among many directions, like whether to have everything removed or to do revision surgery on the nasal tip. Right now I have inflammation and contracture, the silicone is on the verge of protruding, the nose looks pinched, and it’s a chalky nose. There are even more problems too.
