Last year on 11/15, I had autologous costal cartilage nasal bridge surgery with AlloDerm, and I’m planning to remove the AlloDerm from the nasal bridge and put in silicone. 5/11 is the 6-month mark. Would it be better to remove it at 6 months, or should I wait until the 1-year mark and remove it then?ㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
