Removing only the nasal silicone

If I include the removal, this will be my third rhinoplasty, and I’m twenty-three now. For my first surgery, I had a non-implant septal cartilage rhinoplasty, but I ended up at an unskilled large hospital and lived hearing that my nose had actually become uglier and bigger than before. I got stressed and had a second surgery at another hospital using an implant, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage. I like the shape, but I have severe pain between the eyebrows, and because of anxiety, I spend every day feeling depressed. If contracture happens like this, I feel like there will be no turning back, so I want to leave the nasal tip as it is and remove only the silicone from the nasal bridge with a closed approach, but there isn’t much information about removing only silicone …
