So I went to a place famous for revision surgery, had everything removed, put in silicone, and made the nasal tip with nothing in the tip, something called a diamond nasal tip or whatever. After that, because my midface is long, silicone really didn’t suit me, so I removed the silicone. Then after that, I still hated that my nose was bulbous, so I had surgery 4 times because they cut out the tissue in the nasal tip. The total was 300 450 300 550.
