I had septal extension, ear cartilage, and silicone removed. From the posts here, people say that right after removal it looks similar to the original nose, so why does mine look similar to the swollen tip shape after my first surgery? ㅠ It’s high and a bit upturned ㅠㅠ Is there anyone like me? As the swelling goes down, will it become like my original nose? ㅠㅠ But they say that when the contracture phase comes, it becomes even more upturned ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
