My first surgery was done with donated costal cartilage, and for revision surgery, autologous costal cartilage was recommended to me.. For those who had surgery with autologous costal cartilage, how much scarring is left now????? I did have breast surgery through a transaxillary incision, but I keep feeling bothered because it seems like I’m getting more scars on my bodyㅠ The location also seems like it would show if I wear a crop top

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
