First of all, my current condition is that it has been about 3 weeks since removing the nasal tip septal cartilage. After removal, it became very soft, I could make a pig nose, and the alar cartilage had also come down in a rounded shape. But seriously, from about 2 weeks, the columella area started feeling tight, and I thought, this must be the contraction phase. The shape isn’t extremely strange, but if only the columella would come down like it did right after removal, I’d have no other wish. What I’m curious about is, right now when I make an “um” sound, my columella doesn’t move. After the contraction phase passes and it loosens, will it move? Please answer if you’ve experienced the contraction phase after removal.
