Today I had 14-year-old silicone and septal cartilage removed. The condition inside my nose was worse than expected, so they said we should remove the nasal packing on post-op day 5ㅜㅜㅜ The silicone was long, so my nostril wing was being pressed down, and there was also a lot of scar tissue. If anyone who has had surgery had a case like mine, please leave a comment. The doctor says the surgery went well, but other people get the packing removed on day 2-3, and hearing that I have to keep it until day 5 makes me anxious for no reason ㅜ ㅜ
