On what day did you have early nose implant/cartilage removal? I had a closed rhinoplasty and it’s 2 days before my stitches are scheduled to be removed, and I’m planning to ask about early removal when I go to get the stitches removed. They slightly shaved my hump, placed ear cartilage as a columellar strut, and also used ear cartilage for the nasal tip. My original nose already had a high bridge and tip, but after surgery it’s completely a Pinocchio nose, and my parents, coworkers, and friends all feel sorry for me, saying my original nose was already high but now it’s even higher, so I want to remove it ㅜㅜ For those who had early removal, how much did it return to your original nose? If there were any side effects, please let me know too.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
