I had my nasal tip raised without an implant by placing ear cartilage on the nasal tip, and I want to slightly remove some of it during revision surgery to lower it. Even with that, will I go through a severe contracture phase and will my nose lift up? I am already stressed because my nose has become one where the nostrils show, so I really hope it does not lift any more from here ㅠㅠㅠ I heard that if you go through a severe contracture phase, you need to allow at least more than 3 months for it to come back, so I am worried.
