I had my nose done and it turned into a Pinocchio nose, so I’m looking into early removal. Is tying ear cartilage onto the columellar strut considered cartilage tying? I heard that removing cartilage tying is complicated because there are sutures. Is that true? I had a columellar strut placed and ear cartilage used for the nasal tip. If I remove both, will my nose collapse..
