Hello, I’m looking into nasal implant removal. It has been two months since surgery. First, I had septal extension, a septal support graft, silicone implant, hump nose correction, bilateral osteotomy, and rhinitis surgery. I’m dissatisfied with the shape too, but lately breathing has been so difficult that I’m thinking of removing everything in the third month. I have breathing problems to the point that daily life is completely impossible. Because of this, I’m also extremely worried about things like empty nose syndrome, and honestly I’m not sure whether removing everything will resolve it. I’m still young, and I don’t know if it’s right for me to be stuck at home like this, unable to do anything. But bilateral osteot…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
