I’m in a situation where I’m satisfied with my nose at times, but then it becomes uncomfortableㅠ Even though it hasn’t been long since the surgery, should I say I can feel a foreign-body sensation? It was built up with septal cartilage and supported with donated rib cartilage. After rhinoplasty, has anyone gone back to their original nose because of a foreign-body sensation, or had revision surgery?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
