I’m in a situation where I’m satisfied with my nose at times, but then it becomes uncomfortable Even though it hasn’t been long since the surgery, should I say I can feel a foreign-body sensation? It was built up with septal cartilage and supported with donated rib cartilage. After rhinoplasty, has anyone gone back to their original nose because of a foreign-body sensation, or had revision surgery?
