I had septal extension surgery using ear cartilage. From the early postoperative period, something like cartilage was protruding on the columella side. People said cases like that are common and that I didn’t need to worry much about it, so I just lived with it, but suddenly, although my nose doesn’t hurt, it feels a bit uncomfortable and the protruding cartilage area suddenly feels a little sharper.
