I got my nose removed yesterday

For my first surgery, I only had 4 mm silicone, a septal cartilage support, and ear cartilage on top of that 1 year and 4 months ago, and yesterday I had everything removed. The clinic is one of the places often mentioned here, and today I’m going to get the taping removed. Because it’s taped, I have no idea about the shape, but the nasal tip is a little higher than my original nose and lower than my surgical nose. I guess it will come down once the swelling goes down. I had capsule removal and cartilage repositioning, and they said there was no inflammation or scar tissue. After my first surgery, my columella was asymmetric, so my own cartilage was protruding into the inside of the columella, looking white, and they corrected all of that too.
