Even though I asked for a dramatic result during my first surgery, they used my septal cartilage, but my nasal tip has drooped a lot, and my bulbous nose is still the same. After the rhinoplasty, I also can’t smell well, and I developed rhinitis, so I’m thinking of getting revision surgery for functional rhinoplasty and a bulbous nose. ㅎㅇㅇㄷ ㄹㅂㄹ ㅇ ㅞ Eve, these three places appeal to me the most. I really, please, want to get rid of my bulbous nose. To make both the bulbous nose and functional nose look dramatic, I think I’ll need to use rib cartilage.
