Even though I asked for a dramatic result during my first surgery, they used my septal cartilage, but my nasal tip has drooped a lot, and my bulbous nose is still the same. After the rhinoplasty, I also can’t smell well, and I developed rhinitis, so I’m thinking of getting revision surgery for functional rhinoplasty and a bulbous nose. ㅎㅇㅇㄷ ㄹㅂㄹ ㅇ ㅞ Eve, these three places appeal to me the most. I really, please, want to get rid of my bulbous nose. To make both the bulbous nose and functional nose look dramatic, I think I’ll need to use rib cartilage. Are there any places that are good at this? What do you think of these three places?? Please recommend good places ㅠㅠㅠ Dramatic, please ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
